However,
this is exciting to catch up with a old friend like Nancy. She is a beautiful
girl and talkative. After the interaction class of that day, we both had a long
discussion knowing about each other. Our houses were only few metres apart and
decided to boeard the same bus daily.
One day,while
we are walking, i decisively handed over my assignment papers to Nancy and
injected her to make two copies of it.
‘Rahul,what
are this?’
‘My
assignment papers and i need two copies of these on monday’ and we both trot on
our way.
Nancy
startled and started shouting at a girl on the other side of the road.
‘Sathvi,here!’
‘Who is
she?’ I asked nancy with my my eyes opened wide at that girl.
‘Your
junior and my friend, Sathvi’ Nancy chuckled.
‘Hey
buddy, why don’t you come along with me in the evening?’ Nancy asked her.
In a
sweet tone, she replied ‘you know that i have to collect my library books and
searching all the books from racks took lot of time for me. You will experience
it when you get your turn.’
‘No way!
I am not going to waste my time with academic books. After all I am doing my
studies for the sake of my parents.’
When two
girls get meddle on a issue, they will forget surroundings and imagines they
were on moon for some round table conference though they are on the road which
meet peak traffic. I witnessed this today as they involved deeply as they
extinguished me out of ther sight.
Omen, Nancy
looked at me finally and gasped.
‘Sathvi,
here it is, my friend Rahul.’
I
arrogantly looked at her to show my seniority but I didn’t worked. She seemed
so reserved. As soon as Nancy introduced Sathvi to me, she left us and we both
slinked on our way. Seeing her being apprehensive, to create respite, I resolved
t make a bare talk with her.
‘So what’s
your name?’
‘Sathvi
sir!’ as she said i found her voice relaxed yet scrambled.
‘Do you
never talked o a guy? I mean you looking so terrified. Is that because of me!’
‘No sir.
I am worried if some one whom I know see me with you will desperately create
rumours.’
‘Ohh.
This is weird. Is that your problem?’
‘Haha..society
won’t be like as we are!’
‘Yeah..So
which branch are you?’
‘Computers
sir.’
‘Good. Now
you take this papers and write copies of it. I will collect them from you on monday.’
Inspite
of her tediousness, she answered me politely and took assignment papers from my hands. Appeased with her behaviour, I said her not to call me sir but can take my name.
